You contacted me to remind me of the rules concerning a complaint from Mr. Larrivé about my dog not being on the lead. Not only was this reminder not justified but you had absolutely no evidence to the contrary.
I noticed that you sent a message to all of the residents reminding them of the rules based on information you had received from the Larrive family.
Every day, Mr Larrivé is in violation of these rules!
I, therefore, ask you to take action to enforce these rules. It is not sufficient to wait until the next meeting which is in a year’s time.
I will take a photo and send it to you every day that I see that he is in violation until there is compliance on his behalf.
If after 3 months nothing is done. I will activate my legal assistance to take action You can be assured if I go down this route the end result will not be in your favor.
It is in your power to send them a fine for non-compliance of the rules.
